A: That depends on several factors - house and yard size, for starters. We go over this in detail in our seminars. $500 - $1000 per month is very easy to achieve if you follow our advice, but we will login to our online profile and show you the upper limits of what's possible. (It's WAY more than you think.)

Q: Are there up-front costs for dog sitting?

A: No! That's one of the perks of this business. The owners bring everything you need to take care of their beloved pets. You only need to spoil them like they are your own, and make sure they have plenty of water. Once you begin making money, you can purchase items we highly recommend for dog sitters. We go over this in detail in our seminars.

 

Q: What about fleas or aggressive dogs?

A: You are in full control of what dogs you allow in your household. In our seminars, we will go over tips and tricks to help ensure your dog sitting experiences are smooth and stress free.

Q: Do I need a license or permit?

A: Your local laws may limit the number of dogs at your residence at one time, or they may even require a dog boarding license under certain circumstances. It's best to check your county, city and HOA rules and laws.

Q: Do I need insurance?

A: Pet care insurance is highly recommended, but not required. If you book through a site like Rover.com, they offer coverage for pets under your care under specific circumstances, but there are "gotchas". Book one of our seminars for more details of our personal experience in this area.
